Flagship two-year project spanning early demo through full closeout on a $25M ground-up elementary school. Started during demolition of the existing building and remained through punch list and CO. Early responsibilities covered the full PE scope — submittal register setup and management, RFI processing, subcontractor and architect coordination, and preplanning meetings. As the project progressed, shifted heavily into the field under Senior Superintendent David Heckard: tracked progress across roughly one-third of all subs, coordinated site logistics, deliveries, and parking, opened and secured the site daily, and built flow charts for work sequencing. Coordinated the full gym scope post-masonry and roofing. Managed quality control through first-work inspections, punch lists, and closeout tracking. Safety responsibilities included new worker orientations, daily site oversight, and documentation. Also handled material verification, concrete ticket review, weekly OAC meetings, and daily site cleanup.
